  • granulated sugar - 1 item
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • peanut butter - 3/4 c
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
  • biscuit baking mix - 2 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Preheat oven to 375°. In large mixing bowl beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 375° for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not overbake. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
