  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • butter or shortening - 1/2 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream shortening, sugar, peanut butter and eggs well. Add flour and vanilla and roll into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten with fork crosswise. Bake at 350° until brown.
