Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour
- butter - 5 Tbsp
- buttermilk
- baking powder
- baking soda
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- peanuts, chopped - 1/3 c
- Add eggs and cream for 5 minutes
How to make peanut butter cake:
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar. Add eggs and cream for 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together. Add buttermilk alternating with dry ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.Frosting:2 c. powdered sugar1/4 c. peanut butter4 Tbsp. butter1/4 c. milk1/3 c. peanuts, chopped Cream powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter together.
