Peanut butter blossoms

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• sifted flour
• peanut butter - 1/2 c
• white sugar - 1/2 c
• shortening oleo or Crisco - 1/2 c

How to make peanut butter blossoms:

Sift the flour with soda and salt. Cream the shortening and peanut butter with the sugars. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients gradually. Chill. Roll in small balls the size of hickory nut. Roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Bak
