  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 2 4
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar
  • egg - 1 item
  • all-purpose flour - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1/3 c
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • oats - 1 c

How to make peanut butter fingers:

Filling:1/2 c. confectioners sugar1/4 c. peanut butter2 to 4 Tbsp. milk Cream the butter. Gradually add the 2 sugars. Cream well. Blend in egg, 1/3 cup peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla. Add flour and oats; mix well. Spread in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle immediately with chocolate morsels. Let stand 5 minutes.

Filling: Combine confectioners sugar, peanut butter and milk and mix well. Spread melted morsels that have melted on top of cookies. Drizzle with peanut butter mixture on top.
