Peanut butter balls
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- semi-sweet morsels - 1 pkg
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
- jar creamy peanut butter - 1 oz
- block Paraseal wax found in hardware store for canning - 1 item
How to make peanut butter balls:
Mix all ingredients except wax and morsels. If still dry, add extra half stick butter. Form into balls. Place on foil lined cookie sheet with a toothpick in each ball. Freeze overnight. Next day, grate wax and melt in a double boiler together with chocolate morsels. Dip frozen balls into chocolate.
