  • sugar
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking soda
  • white syrup - 1/2 c
  • cocktail peanuts - 2 c
  • cake wax, melted in small pan - 1/2 item

How to make peanut brittle:

Melt wax, add peanuts, syrup and sugar. Cook over medium heat until candy turns golden brown. Add salt and baking soda, stirring in fast. Pour on 4 buttered plates. Yields approximately 10 servings.
