  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • almond extract - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • large ripe peaches - 6 item

How to make peach pie:

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Peel peaches and slice. Sprinkle with lemon juice and almond extract; toss to coat. Add sugar mixture; mix gently. Put into 2 crust pie shell. Brush top pastry with milk and sprinkle with sugar
