Peach kuchen
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- coconut, flaked - 1/2 c
- egg yolks or 1 egg - 2 item
- can peaches, drained reserve juice - 1 oz
How to make peach kuchen:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture lightly into greased oblong pan (13 x 9-inch). Build up slight edges. Bake 10 minutes. Arrange peaches on warm crust. Mix cinnamon-sugar; sprinkle on peaches. Blend sour cream and yolks. Drizzle over peaches. Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown. Do not overbake.
