Apple kuchen

Ingredients/Components

• butter, softened - 1/2 c
• sugar - 1/4 c
• cinnamon - 1/4 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• egg - 1 item
• yellow cake mix - 1 item
• to 4 apples - 3 item

How to make apple kuchen:

Chop butter into cake mix. Pat into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Peel and thinly slice apples. Arrange on top of cake. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the apple slices

Mix together sour cream, egg and vanilla. Drizzle over apples and bake again at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
