Peach custard cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- 14 oz - 1 lb
- Carnation canned milk - 1 c
How to make peach custard cake:
Butter an 8-inch square pan. Mix flour, salt and margarine. Spread in pan. Drain peaches, but save 1/2 cup of the syrup. Arrange peaches on crust in pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Mix 1/2 cup peach syrup, egg and Carnation milk. Pour over peaches. Bake at 350° until custard is firm.
