Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • sugar, divided - 3/4 c
  • box vanilla pudding not instant - 1 oz
  • can peaches, undrained - 1 oz

How to make peach cheese pie:

Topping:1 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon Beat togehter flour, salt, baking powder, pudding, 1/4 cup sugar, milk and egg. Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan. Drain peaches, reserving juice. Place peaches over batter. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice until smooth. Spoon over peaches to within 1 inch edge of pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
