Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sugar, divided - 3/4 c
- box vanilla pudding not instant - 1 oz
- can peaches, undrained - 1 oz
How to make peach cheese pie:
Topping:1 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon Beat togehter flour, salt, baking powder, pudding, 1/4 cup sugar, milk and egg. Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan. Drain peaches, reserving juice. Place peaches over batter. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice until smooth. Spoon over peaches to within 1 inch edge of pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
