Soft chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1 pkg
• shortening - 1/2 c
• margarine - 1/2 c

How to make soft chocolate chip cookies:

Heat oven to 375°. Mix together shortening, margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Stir in all other ingredients. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook 8 to 10 minutes. Yields 7 1/2 dozen cookies.
