- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- green peas - 1 (6
- head lettuce - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- small onion, divided into rings - 1 item
How to make pea salad:
Break lettuce into bite-size pieces in a casserole dish. Separate onion rings and distribute evenly over lettuce. Drain green peas; add to the lettuce and onion. Spread mayonnaise over this; try to seal mixture evenly. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits. Refrigerate overnight before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Cauliflower.
