Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 4 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- shell or twist macaroni - 1 lb
How to make pasta salad:
Cook macaroni as directed and cool. Add carrots, green pepper and onion. Mix together Eagle Brand milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and pour over macaroni and vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Salads, Pasta.
