Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp
- shredded lettuce - 3 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- minced fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green onions - 1/4 c
- mayo - 1 c
- hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 2 item
- julienned hard salami - 1 c
- uncooked shell macaroni
- julienned fully cooked ham - 1 c
How to make eight layer salad:
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Place lettuce, macaroni, eggs, salt, pepper, ham, salami and peas in that order in 2 1/2-quart trifle dish. Combine mayo, sour cream, onions and mustard. Spread over top. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese and parsley.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
