Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 2/3 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- salami - 1/4 lb
- pepperoni - 1/4 lb
- tomatoes - 3 item
- green peppers - 2 item
- jar green olives - 1 oz
- celery stalks - 2 item
- can black olives - 1 item
- large shell macaroni - 1 lb
How to make pasta salad:
Cook macaroni; drain and cool. Chop celery, onion, green pepper and olives. Quarter tomatoes, salami and pepperoni. Reserve tomatoes and cheese if you are not serving immediately. Mix oregano, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar separately. Mix other ingredients, then pour oil and vinegar over. Chill and serve.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Salads, Pasta.
