Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- whipped topping - 1 c
- can pineapple tidbits, drained - 1 item
- apples, peeled and diced - 3 item
- uncooked pasta elbow or shells - 1 c
How to make pasta fruit salad:
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Cook egg mixture over hot water until it begins to thicken. Let cool. Add pineapple, apples and cooked pasta. Refrigerate 12 hours. Stir in topping just before seRecipe categories: Fruit, Salads, Pasta.
