Ingredients/Components

  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine or butter - 1/2 c
  • hash brown potatoes frozen - 2 lb

How to make party potatoes:

Mix all of the ingredients and pour into baking dish (9 x 13-inch). Top with corn flake crumbs mixed with melted shortening. Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Should be bubbly around the edges.
