  • pkg - 1 oz
  • peppermint extract - 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar, sifted - 3 c
  • food coloring your choice - 1 item

How to make party mints:

Mix cream cheese, peppermint and sugar until smooth. Add food coloring to achieve desired color. Roll into small balls. Place on waxed paper and flatten with fork. Can also be used in mint molds. Great for weddings and showers.
