Party crab dip
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- medium onions - 2 item
- crab meat - 3 lb
- season to taste - 1 item
- chopped onion tops - 1/2 c
- blocks butter or margarine - 2 item
- Tony creole
How to make party crab dip:
Saute onions in butter; add cream of celery soup; brown slightly. Combine flour and water; add to onions and soup. Simmer 1/2 hour to thicken. Add crabmeat, onion tops, parsley flakes and seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
