Ingredients/Components
- milk - 6 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 6 c
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 8 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- medium onions - 2 item
- noodles - 8 oz
- broccoli or 1 bag - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli cheese noodle soup:
Saute the onions in melted butter. Cook the broccoli as directed. Boil the noodles in the water, with bouillon cubes added. When noodles are cooked, add broccoli, milk and cubed cheese. Stir in the flour to thicken soup.Recipe categories: Cheese, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
