Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- melted shortening - 2 Tbsp
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Peacemaker flour - 1 c
- Oakfarms milk - 1/3 c
How to make parsley dumplings:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add parsley. Combine beaten egg, milk and shortening. Add to dry ingredients, stirring only until flour is moistened. Drop by spoonfuls onto stew. Cover closely and cook 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Side dish, European.
