Parmesan potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Italian seasoning to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes, sliced into 4 rounds each - 6 item
How to make parmesan potatoes:
Pour butter into a rectangle baking dish. In plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients. Shake a few at a time, placing potatoes in a single layer. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Turn slices.
