Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- buttermilk
- egg - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 2 c
How to make pancakes:
Mix flour, buttermilk and eggs in a bowl. Add water a little at a time until mixture is creamy. Mixture should not be thick. Spray pan with cooking spray (Pam). When pan is hot (I cook mine on medium-low heat), pour batter into pan with desired size. Cook on one side until bubbles appear. Turn over and cook on other side.
