German pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- syrup - 1 item
How to make german pancakes:
Place margarine in cast-iron skillet. Place in 400° oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until melted.In bowl, beat eggs well. Add flour, milk and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour into hot skillet. Bake for 25 minutes or until puffy and well browned. Serve hot with butter and syrup.
