Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- sifted powdered sugar - 1 item
- whipped cream - 1 item
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
How to make swedish pancake:
Mix first four ingredients until batter is lumpy. Melt margarine and add to batter. Bake in buttered baking dish at 425° for 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake another 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot, covered with fruit and whipped cream. For baking dish, a pie plate works well or two smaller dishes.Recipe categories: Egg, Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast.
