Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- oil or melted butter - 1/4 c
How to make pancakes:
Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl. Combine eggs, milk and oil or butter; add to dry ingredients. Beat quickly only until large lumps disappear. If batter thickens upon standing, thin with 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk. Bake on 375° griddle until bubbles break and edges are cooked. Turn and bake other side. Serve immediately. Yields 16 (4-inch) pancakes.Good topped with strawberries!
