Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cottage cheese - 8 oz
- potatoes
- small onion - 1 item
- milk or cream - 3 4
- or 1 oz - 2 Tbsp
- caraway seed or 1 to 2 Tbsp - 1 Tbsp
- to 2 eggs 1 white - 1 item
How to make potato pancakes:
Grate potatoes and mix in salt thoroughly. Add grated eggs, eggs and flour. Spray pan. Put in batter by spoonfuls and press flat. Fry until brown and crisp. Rub cottage cheese through a fine sieve.
