Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cardamon optional - 3/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 2/3 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
How to make overnight coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 tsp. cinnamon Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.Combine topping ingredients and spread over cake. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
