Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • zucchini, peeled and grated - 2 c
  • cut up nuts - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

This makes two loaves. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

Variation - Applesauce Bread: Use the same ingredients, but use 2 cups drained applesauce instead and a little less sugar if applesauce is sweetened.
