Overnight cinnamon rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- warm water - 1/4 c
- egg yolks, beaten - 3 item
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- butter or oleo, softened - 1 c
- lukewarm milk, scalded, then cooled - 1 c
How to make overnight cinnamon rolls:
Brush with half the butter; sprinkle with 1/2 the cinnamon, sugar mixture. Roll up. Cut into 1-inch slices. Place in a greased muffin tin. Repeat with other half. Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Healthy 2.
