  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cinnamon
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • warm water - 1/4 c
  • egg yolks, beaten - 3 item
  • dry yeast - 2 pkg
  • butter or oleo, softened - 1 c
  • lukewarm milk, scalded, then cooled - 1 c

How to make overnight cinnamon rolls:

Brush with half the butter; sprinkle with 1/2 the cinnamon, sugar mixture. Roll up. Cut into 1-inch slices. Place in a greased muffin tin. Repeat with other half. Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.
