Oven roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- vegetable or olive oil - 2 3
- chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- small, unpeeled red potatoes, cut in wedges - 2 lb
How to make oven roasted potatoes:
Place potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Drizzle oil over. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper; toss gently to coat. Bake at 450° for 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
