Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- c sugar - 1/2 item
- c flour - 1/2 item
- c Ritz crackers - 2 item
- 20 oz pineapple chunks - 2 item
- c grated sharp cheese - 2 item
How to make baked pineapple salad:
Drain pineapple, mix with flour and sugar. Melt margarine. Stir in crushed crackers, layer in casserole dish; 1/2 crackers, mixture, cheese, 1/2 crackers. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
