Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 8 oz
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/4 c
  • squash, sliced - 6 c

How to make squash casserole:

Cook squash and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Fold in squash and onion. Combine stuffing with butter; spread half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish. Spoon squash mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
