Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- squash, sliced - 6 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Fold in squash and onion. Combine stuffing with butter; spread half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish. Spoon squash mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
