How to make oven-fried chicken:

Heat oven to 425°. Melt margarine in rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) in oven. Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn chicken over, bake about 15 minutes or until done.

High altitude: Bake 40 minutes; turn and bake 20 minutes more.
