  • stew meat 1-inch cubes - 2 lb
  • large potatoes, cut in chunks - 2 item
  • to 6 carrots, cut in chunks - 4 item
  • to 6 pieces celery, cut in chunks - 4 item
  • mini tapioca - 2 Tbsp

How to make oven beef stew:

Mix all ingredients and bake in large roaster for five hours at 250°.
