Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 lb
- soy sauce - 1 c
- green peppers - 1 lb
- onions - 1/2 lb
- steak - 2 lb
- mushrooms fresh or canned - 1 item
How to make oriental steak:
Cut meat in one-inch squares. Marinate in soy sauce and water for two hours. Saute green peppers, onions and mushrooms in margarine in a skillet. In larger skillet or Dutch oven, add everything together; cover and simmer slowly for about 2 or 2 1/2 hours, until meat is tender. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
