Ingredients/Components
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- cider vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- sesame oil - 2 Tbsp
- steak flank, chuck or sirloin - 2 3
- browning sauce Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master - 2 Tbsp
How to make oriental steak:
Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, oil, ginger and minced garlic to make marinade. Put steak into a plastic bag; pour in marinade. Tie bag and place in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Take steak out of bag and brush with browning sauce. Broil to desired degree of doneness. Serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
