Oriental spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/3 c
• oil - 1 c
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
• chopped onion - 1 item
• catsup - 1/2 c
• can bean sprouts, drained - 16 oz
• can water chestnuts, drained - 8 oz
• chopped boiled eggs - 3 item
• bag spinach or 2 boxes frozen, thawed and drained - 1 item

How to make oriental spinach salad:

Combine vinegar, catsup, sugar, Worcestershire and oil and pour over remaining ingredients. Mix and chill overnight. Serve cold.
