Oriental spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- oil - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- catsup - 1/2 c
- can bean sprouts, drained - 16 oz
- can water chestnuts, drained - 8 oz
- chopped boiled eggs - 3 item
- bag spinach or 2 boxes frozen, thawed and drained - 1 item
How to make oriental spinach salad:
Combine vinegar, catsup, sugar, Worcestershire and oil and pour over remaining ingredients. Mix and chill overnight. Serve cold.Recipe categories: Salads, Spinach, Greens.
