Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- cooked shrimp - 1/2 c
- sliced cucumber - 1/2 c
- scallions, thinly sliced - 2 item
- sweet red pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
- steamed broccoli florets - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken breast, cut into strips - 1/2 c
- rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- snow peas, steamed - 1/2 lb
How to make oriental salad:
In a small bowl, combine all the oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce. Set aside to serve with the salad.Arrange the noodles on a serving platter and top with the chicken, shrimp, broccoli, peas, peppers, scallions and cucumbers or toss all ingredients together, if desired. Serve with the dressing. Makes 8 servings, each containing 349 calories and 9.6 grams fat (25% of calories).
