Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
  • cooked shrimp - 1/2 c
  • sliced cucumber - 1/2 c
  • scallions, thinly sliced - 2 item
  • sweet red pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
  • steamed broccoli florets - 1/2 c
  • cooked chicken breast, cut into strips - 1/2 c
  • rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar - 1/3 c
  • snow peas, steamed - 1/2 lb

How to make oriental salad:

In a small bowl, combine all the oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce. Set aside to serve with the salad.

Arrange the noodles on a serving platter and top with the chicken, shrimp, broccoli, peas, peppers, scallions and cucumbers or toss all ingredients together, if desired. Serve with the dressing. Makes 8 servings, each containing 349 calories and 9.6 grams fat (25% of calories).
