Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
- medium carrots, sliced into 1/2 inch circles - 12 item
How to make carrot casserole:
Put carrots in 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with soup mix. Add water. Bake, covered, at 325° until carrots are tender, 1 1/2 hours. Add water if needed. Makes 10 servings.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
