  • vanilla ice cream, soften - 1/2 gal
  • instant coffee optional - 2 Tbsp
  • Oreo cookies, crumble - 1 pkg

How to make oreo delight:

Soften ice cream and crumble cookies. Mix together with electric mixer until well blended. Add Cool Whip and instant coffee (optional). Mix together, then spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Freeze. Serve by cutting into squares.
