- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- grated lemon rind - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- orange juice - 1 c
- grated orange rind - 1 tsp
How to make orange tea bread:
Combine flour, sugar, salt and soda; add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a greased and floured 5 x 9 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Winter.
