Orange sweet potatoes

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
• brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
• orange juice - 1/2 c
• medium sweet potatoes - 3 item
• grated orange skin - 1/2 tsp

How to make orange sweet potatoes:

Boil potatoes in salted water. Remove skins. Mash potatoes; add remaining ingredients and whip until fluffy. Put in a medium baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
