  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • pecan halves - 1 lb
  • light brown sugar - 2 c
  • sweet milk - 1/2 c
  • grated rind of 2 oranges

How to make orange pecans:

Combine sugar and milk in saucepan. Add vinegar. Boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Pour mixture over pecan halves. Add grated rind of 2 oranges and stir until pecans are coated. Spread on foil to dry.
