Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- pecan halves - 1 lb
- light brown sugar - 2 c
- sweet milk - 1/2 c
- grated rind of 2 oranges
How to make orange pecans:
Combine sugar and milk in saucepan. Add vinegar. Boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Pour mixture over pecan halves. Add grated rind of 2 oranges and stir until pecans are coated. Spread on foil to dry.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Candy.
