  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • shortening - 3 Tbsp
  • orange marmalade - 1 c

How to make orange marmalade cake:

Heat marmalade in a saucepan over low heat until liquified. Cool. Add egg, milk and shortening. Stir mixture into sifted dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
