  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/4 c
  • cooked carrots - 1 can

How to make orange glazed carrots:

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and ginger. Add orange juice. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in butter and pour over hot carrots. Stir to coat.
