Orange glazed carrots
Ingredients/Components
- orange juice
- prepared horseradish
- orange marmalade
- carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces and cooked - 2 lb
How to make orange glazed carrots:
Place the carrots in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan and add the marmalade, orange juice and horseradish. Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until all liquid has evaporated and the carrots are glazed. Serves 2.Recipe categories: Fruit, Side dish, Vegetables.
