Orange glazed carrots

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/3 c
• salt - 3/4 tsp
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• grated orange peel - 2 tsp
• orange juice - 3/4 c
• margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
• carrots - 1 pkg

How to make orange glazed carrots:

Mix sugar, flour, salt and orange peel. Add orange juice and cook until thickened. Add butter and sliced cooked carrots. Serve hot. Serves 10.
